We are seeking honest and reliable CNAs for weekend shifts to join our care team. As a CNA on our team, you will play a vital role in supporting clients in the comfort of their homes by following individualized care plans tailored to their needs.
This position requires flexibility, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a variety of client situations.

Responsibilities:
-Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
-Assist with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation
-Perform incontinence care and other activities of daily living (ADLs)
-Monitor and document vital signs; report any changes to the RN or supervisor
-Support daily living activities, including light housekeeping and meal preparation
-Offer medication reminders
-Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
-Communicate effectively with clients, families, and care teams

Requirements:
-Active CNA certification in the state of Maryland
-Ability to perform ADL tasks including incontinence care, transfers, and mobility assistance
-CPR and First Aid certification (CPR with BLS preferred)
-Negative PPD result with the last year OR Clear Chest X-Ray within the last 5 years
-Health Physical or work release from physician within the last 2 years
-Social Security Card (or other acceptable document to establish Employment Authorization)
-State ID (or other acceptable document to establish identity)
-Reliable transportation
-Ability to work independently and follow customized care plans
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Must be able to pass a drug screening
-Must have a clear background (no disqualifying criminal history such as convictions for violence, theft, or abuse)
-Previous home care experience preferred
